3D Artist with over 2 decades Photoshop experience and a passion for creative image manipulation and photography.

As a keen everyday life observer with a very visual mind, I like to translate this into my work as much as possible with an emphasis on detail.
Constantly inspired by the world around me towards the generation of animation ideas, character/object/environment concepts and poses, I have an instinctive feel for and enjoys infusing life and personality into characters.

Strong spatial awareness and a good sense of form, scale and proportion, with an ability to deliver complex, consistent and clean high/low polygon topology rigid/organic models from a wide range of photographic and concept art reference material.

Broader understanding of production pipelines thanks to 3D Generalist skills, including: modelling, texturing, lighting and compositing, and an awareness about how rigging and animation impact character creation with regard to spans and geometry topology.

Solid previous background in traditional arts included but not limited to animation, illustration, anatomy and design.

GOALS: Passionate, conscientious, accustomed to working on a number of projects concurrently, I am very determined in my work - I'm not afraid to go that extra mile to get something done just right.

    - Reconstructing the placement of motion files (camera or object track) in the 3D set in order to quality control the accuracy of each track;
    - Rendering wireframes of a scene geometry to be rendered and composited over the original plate to help judge accuracy of each track;
    - Worked well in a team environment, taking direction from the Lead and Production team, collaborating at the same time with other departments as required.
