I was a lead animator at Digic Pictures. While creating trailers and cinematics for AAA game titles my responsibilities were:
Creating mocap based realistic animation, facial animation, keyframe creatures, character layout for game trailers and cinematics. Allocation of resources and supervision of tasks. Creating specifications and implementing a new rigging system, Faceware, new rigs and other inhouse tools. Retargeting with MotionBuilder. Directing pickup mocap and reference sessions.
