    As the Character Effects Lead, I was tasked with establishing this new department and designing its workflows for production. I lead the R&D and developed tools for the department. For production tasks I supervised creation of Hair and Cloth simulation assets and shot production for Hair, Cloth, Muscles and Shot sculpting.
