- Point person to facilitate interdepartmental communication, dependencies, and technical problem-solving related to crowd asset production. Anticipate production problems. Collaborate with other department peers to identify solutions to production issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan, prepare, and produce all crowd assets.
- Ownership of the refitting process.
- Variation tracking and creation.
- Data management.
- Systemization and templatization of workflows to facilitate smoother handoff to future shows.
- Quality control of assets to ensure a high standard of deliverables while ensuring creative direction from AD & PD.
- Thorough process and best practice documentation.
- Involved in creating and improving existing tools and collaborating with TDs.
- Work with Crowd Supervisor to meet and deliver their asset needs.
