• I instruct how to see the human figure in the simplest of forms. I explain how to sketch with gesture and to block out large shapes first before detail is applied.

Key responsibilities
• I was responsible for studying the final makeups and sketching those concepts in 2D form along with other concept artists. This allowed the audience to bridge the gap between the initial briefs that the contestants received and building their final makeups. These sketches were then displayed on screen midway through the episodes.
• The concepts I was responsible for included characters and creatures ranging from horror to sci-fi and fantasy.

• Taught advanced sketching as well as digital sketching for Design Communication classes. This was a senior level class meant to help them brush up on sketching skills before graduation and job searching.
