Coordination of a team of 30+ 3D artists for the production of the feature film Gaturro, released in late 2010. Together with the TD I've designed the pipeline and workflow of the whole team. I was in charge of keeping the project on time and on budget by efficiently controlling the production of each asset of the film. I've reported directly to the Director and the Executive Producer, and worked together with the TD and the Producer.
