After graduating from NYU, I moved out to LA to begin compositing. I worked as a Compositor/Coordinator for about 3 1/2 years and felt that the Production side of VFX suited me better. At that time I made the switch to full time production staff. Because of my experience compositing and working in production at both large and small facilities and in both television and features, I have a comprehensive understanding of the entire Visual Effects pipeline. I enjoy the fast paced environment of VFX and find that I'm very good at reorganizing to deal with the continuously changing scope of deadlines.

At GFC, I organized communication and scheduling between the editing and animation departments to best utilize the resources under strict time constraints. I put together workflows and documented information using Shotgun to be used by the lighting/compositing team during shot production.

My experience at Rhythm was concentrated on internal production. During Snow White, I was responsible for coordinating about 110 shots all the way from the animation through to the final composite. On Seventh, my experience focused on the end of the pipeline. I organized the completion of over 130 stereoscopic shots with artists in four international locations through accelerated/changing deadlines.

Since 2G is a smaller company, I had several jobs for each project. For most projects, I was responsible for coordinating all forms of information between editorial, scan houses, our internal media vault, the artists and the producer while compositing several shots myself. This experience gave me an extremely high level of communication, considerable attention to detail and some pretty great time management skills.
