QUALIFICATIONS
* Over 15 years of managing artists, maintaining schedules and budgets, working with Directors, Producers and Supervisors in animated film and television projects
* Work with Directors, Art Directors and Producers on a day-to-day basis to achieve the Directors' artistic vision, yet within guidelines of budget and schedule
* Manage team of artists in Design - Character, Sets, Color, Sculpting and PreVis to meet creative vision of Directors' within schedule
* Facilitate creative reviews and approval sessions and provide guidance to artists and Directors regarding production requirements
* Provide updates to Production Management regarding any changes, delays or requests
* Manage resources and cast artists appropriately to assignments and schedules
* Communicate daily with APMs and Supervisors of other departments to meet character and sequence confluences and goals
* Ensure art and materials are properly disseminated to reflect scheduled, in-progress, and completed work. Collaborate with PA to keep all data accurate and current
* Suggest production solutions, and work with Systems and Production Engineering to promote efficiency in production workflow for our team
* Use interpersonal skills to promote a collaborative production environment, and foster an atmosphere of creativity and good communication
