  As Previs/Layout Lead I led one of two teams of 6 artists assisting with both creative and technical problem solving as well as producing shots myself. I worked with my supervisor and each episode's Director to help tell the story how they wanted and finish it within schedule. On our end we completed all the final camera, vehicle and physical animation and layout as well as key character posing and expressions.

  My involvement as director starts at the story-break and script stage, helping to shape the stories with the writers. I then storyboarded each episode before leading the Previs and Layout teams. I worked on the Edit in-house with our editor and after Previs was complete I directed the on-set shoot for the miniatures which feature extensively in each episode. Once our final layout was sent for character animation I provided the animation, lighting and compositing briefs and reviewed each. My final involvement was providing notes on the sound, music and grade.
