    As On-Set Supervisor, I took full ownership of data acquisition, lens grids, and HDRI light probes and photography.

    I launched a creative studio network covering both the US and Latin American major markets focused on delivering the highest quality post-production services and creative content for commercials, music videos, short films, and especially television series. As such, I organized and oversaw all projects through the full life cycle, continually remaining on top of vendors and artists to push projects to meet the ambitious deadline and quality parameters.

    The company was acquired in 2019 as part of a merger of services to create a full-service consultancy, media platform, and production company.

    Key Contributions/Achievements:

    I pulled together top talent to form high-performance teams of up to 80+ from across the network depending on specialized client projects for studios such as Warner Brothers and NBC Universal as well as advertising agencies with clients such as Ford Motors and Apple Beats among others.

    In addition, I built and maintained strategic relationships with best-in-class animation, technology, and VFX studio partners.

    Since launching, I forged a powerful pipeline that continually enabled teams to make significant contributions to TV series and a variety of projects.

    I engaged in oversight of team members for each production including coordinators, animators, illustrators, and compositors, enforcing strict quality control standards.

    To ensure strong consistency and high quality across projects, I delivered key training and mentorship to post-production partners throughout the region.

    LosFX was awarded was the entire first season of Harmon Quest (2015), including all 10 episodes, 17 minutes of animation per episode.

    I led a team of 80+ artists working from locations worldwide, facilitating daily creative and functional meetings.

    In sync with the studio regularly to update and share feedback on each project phase and was lauded by the NBC Universal / Starburns Industries for exceptional quality in the final products.
