    Lighting pipeline support, shader writing, render optimization, and occasional lookdev tasks.

    I am comfortable writing production-ready shaders in both OSL and C++. I have written several utility shaders in OSL during my time at DNEG, but my most significant contribution from a development perspective is a Renderman light filter plugin that allows artists to change the indirect contribution (diffuse, spec and refraction), independent of a lights direct lighting contribution.
