In this two-week, pre-college program, students combined the power of augmented reality (AR) with their own creativity to visualize, draw, develop, and share dynamic experiences. The students learned the basics of Snap's Lens Studio Software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Autodesk Maya. Lens Studio is a powerful application designed for artists and developers to build augmented reality experiences for Snapchatters around the world. Snap Lens Lab @ Otis College was designed to provide high school youth from underserved communities. The students had the opportunity to interact with designers/artists and engineers at Snap Inc.
