Responsible for Surfacing of all dreamworks Projects and departmental activities :
As the Head of Surfacing,I am the single point-of-contact for the show’s Surfacing. I work closely with the Production Supervisor to manage the Surfacing bids and the department. I am responsible for collaborating with the VFX Sup, Lighting department, Technology departments, and production management to define an optimal workflow for the Surfacing Department which meets a show’s artistic goals within schedule and budget parameters.
I orient the Surfacing Leads on the show aesthetic and technical procedures.
In pre-production stage, I am responsible for the visual development required to achieve the look desired by the Director, Art Director and the Production Designer. I oversee the internal, cross-department, and global development efforts during this period. I work closely with Workflow director to continue Surfacing tool improvement and development asper show's demands.
