In my current role at Autodesk I provide senior level technical support across the main Autodesk M&E products including- , MotionBuilder, 3ds Max, Maya and Mudbox.
The main focus of my role is as the global technical support lead for MotionBuilder, I work in close consultation with key Gold and Platinum Subscription customers in the Film and Game markets as well as the internal product design and development teams in Montreal in assessing critical production issues.

Role primarily involved: co-coordinating and overseeing IO’s move to Autodesk Motionbuilder for creating real-time Cinematics and ingame animations, this included; producing internal documents and hands-on training outlining the character set-up and editing processes for animation team transitioning from Autodesk 3ds Max.
