Directed half hour CGI animated HERO FACTORY special for LEGO, Denmark. Worked with the writer and helped conceptualize the story. Directed 3 storyboard artists and worked closely with the editor and helped pick the proper temp music. Directed the voice actors and helped to make all the necessary design changes for adapting the characters for animation. Directed the composer and sound editors. Directed the animation, long distance, in China.

Transferred from the art department where I beat boarded the movie in broad stroke illustrations to the storyboard department in the UK. Worked closely with the film's producer, director and production designer. Contributed original story ideas and designs to the final product.

Pitched an original idea for CGI feature project. Helped recruit a staff of 50 artists, spanning from board artists to illustrators, editors, writers and producers. Was part of the initial small group of decision-makers that was hired to help build the studio from ground up.
Wrote the first draft screenplay and directed the story boarding process as well as the overall look of the picture.

For "Cars": Pitched my original idea for making a movie with cars as characters and was then given 3 month to draw that idea up fully. Helped re-write my original idea into the first draft of what became the final movie. Did extensive illustrated Beat boards of my original idea as as for the final movie story. Suggested voice actors, leading to the voice of Mater.
For "Bugs Life": Wrote and boarded sequences without script pages. Helped shape the overall story and look of the film. Helped shape the look of the characters.
For "Toy Story 2": Beat Boarded the movie in full color illustrations, from a recorded pitch by the Director.
