  I help the organisation to successfully deliver a large portfolio of public sector entity's annual audits within their legislative deadlines.
  
  I report directly to the GM Operations and my responsibilities span; managing the staff workflow for 180+ audit staff nationwide, working with audit partners to service client needs, manage relationships with other audit service providers for short-term contract staff, coordinate our annual intern program and owner of our resource management software.
  
  In addition, I drive process improvement, provide reporting and insights through data analysis, manage projects and try to help people be more productive through working smarter.

  Weta Digital is a world leading visual effects studio, best known for work on blockbuster films such as Avatar and The Hobbit. In my role as production manager, I helped lead a talented group of digital artists to create cutting edge digital characters and assets.
  
  This included; resourcing and scheduling for a team of up to 60 digital texture artists across multiple projects, managing daily production targets, coordinating creative reviews and collaborated with other dept heads on issues and priorities.
  
  I also researched reference material, scoped work for bidding new projects, helped develop new production tools, managed staff issues and provided performance feedback.
