  Supervising a team of 8 Paint and Roto Artists.
  Managing over 1200 prep tasks for 200+ shots in shotgun. Maintaining a team schedule, creating playlists and running dailies sessions providing feedback, technical and creative support for the artists. QA'ing all shots coming out of the department and managing the handovers to compositing. That was my 8am to 6pm job. From 7/8am, and after 6pm till .....(sometimes the wee hours) ...... I took on any complex paint overflow, completed my own shots tasks and assisted the compositing team with tasks they may have had.
  Liaising with TD's and helping with the pipeline flow from our department so our QA process was much tighter and the handover's were such that it catered no just for Comp (although primarily) but for 3D departments aiding anim and layout submissions.
