    - Schedule meetings, taking notes and actioning items including sending requests to onset supervisors for ref photos/HDRIs etc.
    - Taking notes during the touch-base in the morning and emailing out every day
    -Making sure that materials are received and distributed accordingly including 3D files, storyboards concept art, scripts, prep memos, one liners etc.
    -Transferring files to and from LA as needed, making sure that renders are synced, and files are in both locations etc.
    -Updating shotgun as a new episode comes online with the status of each shot, i.e ready to start in tracking, correctly split shots between Zeus and Non-Zeus and all assigned hours are entered.
    -Working with the producer to manage the look development and asset creation.
    -Responsible for entering in the client notes first thing in the morning, and forwarding out to leads/supervisors and closing the old notes.
    -Flagging any potential issues and discuss them with the producer regarding goals and deliveries, client notes, assets etc.
    -Prioritizing the render farm. Specifically CG renders based on comp goals. Ensuring that all finished renders get published and comp are aware of this and that any broken frames are re-rendered. As well as sending shots to LA if they have greater capacity to render
    -Posting to client as needed in the morning and throughout the day
    -Posting the bins to editorial and that the binning log is updated
    -Updating promo with ETAs for their requested shots and posting them when approved
    -Checking in with departments and make sure they are moving forward: via email, pigeon and walk through
    -Submitting restore requests, and following up to make sure they are completed in a timely manner
    -Creating and running dailies, taking notes throughout
    -Wrapping of the Episode, including: archiving requests, updating the reference sheet, latest over-cuts are updated in the vault and old versions of renders no longer are deleted
    -Following up on artists requests for new hardware etc.
