    ✓ Communicated with other departments' supervisors and the production team regularly to make sure all the problems are addressed on time, and preemptively prepared my team for upcoming challenges.

    ✓ During The Amazing Spider-Man, Along with the Stereo supervisor, spearheaded the production front-end pipeline for Imageworks' first native stereo movie.

    ✓ Created a new standardized documentation pipeline that allows both artists and TDs to effectively use the same tool to generate both API documentation and user guides.

    ✓ Worked on unifying the front-end pipeline that is spread over many remote locations such as Vancouver-CA, Bristol-UK, Albuquerque-NM, Culver City-CA and Chennai-India

    ✓ Worked on the proprietary photogrammetry and tile-world pipelines, creating realistic CG buildings that are used in movies such as Spider-Man franchise and I am Legend

    ✓ Maintained and improved upon the Maya toolset that covers all the front-end departments such as modeling, layout, animation and rigging. Converted many MEL interfaces to pyQT equivalents

    ✓ Worked with rigging department to benchmark base character rigs, wrote scripts to automate ad-hoc rig creation for various props.

    ✓ Provided technical shot support to all departments including animation, layout, lighting, composting.

    ✓ Acted as a generalist to help with other departments loads.

    ✓ Along with 3 other TDs, created the pipeline that allows the artists to make major adjustments and re-working to the live action plates. This system is used to it's extend on all of the Imageworks' live-action movies such as Alice in Wonderland, Oz The Great and Powerful, The Amazing Spider-Man
