Ed Englander specializes in all things compositing and is the VFX Supervisor at Pixel Shifters. He founded the studio in 2019 to allow him to continue making great visual effects while also living on an island.

Over the last 14 years, working on feature and episodic projects such as Ad Astra, The Hunger Games: Mocking Jay Part 2, Man of Steel and The Man in the High Castle has given him a knack for creating both invisible and spectacular effects. Whether a single shot or entire sequence, knowing the right approach and having the skills to see it through to final has garnered him the appreciation and trust of producers, fellow supervisors, artists and clients alike.

    Crunched through a staggering amount of work on a nil timeline along with the rest of the crew to reach our June 28th deadline for Superman.
