Responsible for:
- Managed a team of 10 people, composed of professionals with different levels of seniority and specialty
- Supervising the work of the entire team, keeping them on track with deadlines.
- Working together with Intel and Creative team to ensure the most efficient use of department resources and production techniques in the design and development of creatives.
- Working directly with the producer, ensuring a perfect balance between productivity and quality of delivery.
- Working side by side with the Engineer and IT Team to building our infrastructure, designing our pipeline, set up our render farm and shotgun.
- Recommending and developing new techniques into studio tools.
- Implemented departmental procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Worked in all the steps of the production, including: lighting, scene set up, asset management, shot assignment and troubleshooting, compositing, coloring and developing tools.

- Multiple Iteration System for the Cinematic Department.
- Building from scratch a multiple iteration system/tool where we were able to iterate over our 3 top
performers ads for Tennis Clash. Generated over 700 videos in less than a week with 2 men effort and
made them available for our Creative intelligence Team.
- Tennis Clash hit the TV! In 2020, we ran the first TV ad series on ESPN, CBS, and Fox Sports in the United States.
