As a Supervisor for R&H's Technical Animation team, I was responsible for organizing and distributing shots, evaluating TD work, guiding TDs and resolving technical issues they raise, managing our local and international TDs, developing workflows, and communicating with other departments to solve problems and respond quickly and effectively to questions and requests.

Directed a team of animation students and alumni in the creation of a short promotional video for the University of Central Florida's College of Arts and Humanities, over the course of approximately six weeks.
The team was tasked with all aspects of production, including storyboarding, timing the story to music, overseeing the filming of live action elements, creating and animating digital elements and effects (including environments), and compositing all those assets.
