- Project Manager for 3 major in house production cells. Tasks include: budgeting, scheduling, publisher / core team interactions, Hardware and software acquisitions, and staff allocations.
- Direct 2D concept artists, 3D modelers, and Animators to create high quality assets for various upcoming mobile titles.
- Create and manage both 2D and 3D assets, templates, and texture library's to assist team in the creation process.
- Work Directly with Studio Manager, Art Director, and Production from both in-house and remote studios to produce a high standard product.
- Direct the studio's internal training sessions. Tasks included scheduling, syllabus assembly, and execution of training sessions.
- Work directly with Recruiting in vetting candidates for art positions within the studio.
- Co-wrote the studio's Art Bible with the Art Director. Outlining the Art department's pipeline and responsibilities of all artists within the studio.
