  As a lead I have the opportunity to be in the trenches during production to find and implement the look of a project, assist team members, and evaluate technology that can help us focus on the art. Another of my responsibilities is to be ready if needed to step in for the supervisor and function in that capacity until the supervisor returns to keep production on track. I've been at this for a long time and I can honestly say that I'm still very happy to be a part of this great industry.

  I use over a decade of production experience, to provide direction and guidance to our teaml. Part of my work includes creating workflows, tools, and discovering new production methods in the area of texture and material generation. I review the progress of production work and provide feedback on how an asset might be more appropriate and/or impressive for the produciton.
