I am a CG Supervisor and Artist Manager. I can lead a team of artists to deliver sequences on time and within budget. I work closely with other supervisors to get rid of pipeline annoyances and drudgery and make sure artists can focus on what they do best- creating art! I am a skilled and experience lighter, able to create master light rigs and render settings for the team, and optimize render speeds on most current render engines. I have a deep understanding of complex physical light attributes, such as microfacet BRDF models, and realistic IOR attributes to ensure true-to-life material reproduction. I understand classic cinematic lighting setups, and the inherent properties of how light works, and how to control it to get dependable results.
