As Head of Sales I was responsible for all revenue from APAC; project forecasting and managing and supporting resellers across seventeen countries to achieve maximum level of return.
As well as these key elements, I also put myself forward as the first point of contact for any support issues in my region. This way I could better understand any issues that were arising and have a more informed knowledge of customer expectation for future pitches.
