  Managed from 3 (preproduction) to 12 artists (production): 2D artists, 3D character and environment artists, UI artists, VFX artists. Responsible for the art direction of the title, planning and execution of art related tasks and reporting to the board of leads and the producer.
  I also took care of requesting, defining and testing the shaders and art tool upgrades before they are spread over the rest of the team.
  Responsible for recruiting and training artists to our next gen pipeline.
