The work I do in Advanced Research and Design is critical to the future casino gaming market. I get the rare chance to do more than making game art, digital signage, or cabinet design. I create concept art and storyboards for pitch decks to get green lights for internal projects. I choose to engage and collaborate to bridge divides and make new vital connections. I evolve or transform existing ideas and plant unique crystal seeds for future growth. Sometimes I sketch furiously to rapidly communicate or draw with precise technical intent to achieve the results we are looking for. Sometimes it's a great conversation over lunch with a colleague that creates a new product. My job is to be open to creative opportunities and to recognize them when I see them. Excellent drawing and design are how I do it. Being the first to create the bleeding edge of future gaming technology is why I do it.
