Manage the Team of Developers implementing tools connected to Shotgun (reflex scripts, AMI, conformation scripts), the Review tools, the Delivery Tool , the Account Management.
Support the Production Directors, CG Supervisors and Heads of Pipeline to optimize the Shotgun workflows used by the different projects.
Maintain the documentation about these workflows.

In charge of building the common pipeline for the various projects of Superprod Studio, and therefore of executing the long-term vision defined with the CG Sups, the TD and the CTO, in accordance with the budget constraints and planning defined by the Director of Operations and Productions.
Lead a team of developers and ensure the realization of a clear road map for each of them. Track their progress and provide support and technical mentoring. Ensure the internal or external recruitment of reinforcements according to the objectives and the schedules of production.
Support the CTO in the definition and the follow-up of the roadmap of the department: Implementation of evolution strategies for the studio's tools, prioritizing of the tasks, optimization of the costs and the resources.
Guarantee the quality of the code produced by the R&D team, the respect of the coding rules and the documentation of the tools released in production.
Lead the deployment of tools, and arbitrate UI adjustments, workflow, performance, etc ... that can result.
Because of her central position, and her global vision of the pipeline, guarantee the consistency of the solutions proposed to the requests of the various actors.
Stay available to guide the TDs in their mission of deploying and adapting the pipeline to the needs of their projects.
Ensure a technological watch and offer innovative solutions for the improvement and optimization of the production chain.
Support the CTO in the definition and deployment of Security and Privacy policies for the in-house tools.
