Talent Management Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the Talent Management Coordinator will support the Talent (HR) department in the administration and coordination of various functions such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training, and other HR processes for North America.


Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, responding to general inquiries,  identifying and resolving issues, and providing policy interpretation
  • Monitor the employee inbox and communicate with all staff in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Support core talent processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee change and departures
  • Prepare and process talent documentation such as offer letters, employment letters and contracts and templates with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain and input accurate employee records and data in HR systems and benefit vendor systems supporting audit readiness and data integrity
  • Coordinates and executes day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to leave of absence administration, exit interviews, employment letter preparation, HR events, external verifications, and general inquiries
  • Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries, including employment verifications
  • Partners closely with Talent team members, to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience through the employment lifecycle
  • Provide feedback on HR processes and initiatives and advocate for business unit needs
  • Support Talent leaders on HR projects and initiatives as needed


Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, completed or in progress
  • Strong client/customer service orientation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner well with employees and Talent team members
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative, organizational skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
  • Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); UKG (formerly UltiPro) experience is considered an asset
