We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join the team at our award winning, established film and video production agency Fortemus Films based at Kennington Film Studios.

Reporting to the Director of Production, you will be producing short form video content from creative brief right through to delivery and will need to be experienced in all aspects of the production process.

The Candidate:

• At least four years’ experience in video production
• Capability to produce location and studio shoots.
• Experience producing live-action content including VFX / GFX elements
• Ability to produce stand-alone 2D & 3D animations
• Great understanding of workflows for all departments.
• Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple projects at once.
• A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised.
• Calm under pressure with strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with a variety of clients – Preferably showing you have worked with Brands, Creative Agencies and Corporate Organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the entire life cycle of each project, across a range of budgets and timelines, with an understanding of how and when to adapt production values up or down.
• Co-ordinating with all departments to ensure smooth project workflows.
• Providing regular status updates to the management teams
• Liaising directly with clients and agencies.
• Sourcing & booking freelancers with relevant skillsets when required.
• An ability to produce well under pressure and flexibility in coping with rapidly changing circumstances and situations
• Mentoring and supporting more other members of the team.

• Salary Pro Rata £38,000 – £43,000 Per Annum DoE
