As Bohemia Interactive embarks on the development of a bold and unannounced title, we're searching for a passionate and innovative Senior Artist with extensive experience in creating beautiful and functional environmental visuals. You’ll be hands-on, actively contributing to the creation of new assets and leading the way with your vision and expertise.

You will play a key role in shaping the visual direction and quality of our game, driving artistic excellence and consistency across all assets and collaborating closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and compelling player experience.

Duties

• Modelling and texturing of various environment assets based on the asset analyses
• Adjusting existing assets based on the updated designs
• Collaborating with other teams to define the art needs and help to make decisions according to the overall project vision
• Monitoring trends in the industry and providing feedback on the technical art side
• Actively pursuing any art pipeline improvements and maintaining documentation
• Providing feedback to the outsourcing studios (when necessary)

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of industry experience
• Ability to handle the creative process from concept to delivery
• Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D asset creation workflows and software (e.g. 3DS Max/Maya/Blender/ZBrush, Substance Designer and Painter, Photoshop)
• Good spoken and written communication in English
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of DayZ or Arma (modding experience is optional, but a big plus)
