We're on the hunt for exceptional Senior/Lead Animator to join our animation team — artists who love the craft, thrive on commercial pace, and can lift the work of everyone around them.

Who you are

• 6+ years creating standout character-driven animation — creatures great and small — across commercials, film and TV.
• Expert Maya user with a deep toolkit for body mechanics, facial performance, creature locomotion and camera animation.
• Hands-on first — you lead from the chair, setting the bar with your own shots while guiding a small team.
• A natural mentor who gives clear, generative feedback without losing momentum on your own work.
• Calm, organised and unflappable under deadline pressure. Previs and motion capture experience a real plus.

What you'll do

• Lead a small animation team across commercial projects — driving quality and continuity from blocking to final polish.
• Deliver beautiful keyframe animation, and elevate MoCap data into performance.
• Partner closely with VFX Supervisors, Animation Supervisors, Directors and HODs to define the creative approach for each spot.
• Mentor mid-level artists and shape a crew that punches well above its weight.
• Own your shot quota, flag risks early, and help production navigate around them.
• Bring craft, taste and storytelling to every frame — making creatures feel genuinely alive.
