Production Coordinator

We are looking for a Production Coordinator. You’ll work closely with department supervisors, the Line Producer, Production Manager, and VFX Supervisor to ensure clear communication, timely delivery, and effective scheduling across departments.

This role is part of a structured production team and collaborates with multiple creative and technical stakeholders throughout both pre-production and production.

Key Responsabilities

• Track, liaise and manage the production of departments
• Coordinate with department supervisors and production leadership to plan, prioritize, and deliver milestones
• Maintain scheduling tools and databases (ShotGrid, Excel) and keep deliverables updated across the pipeline
• Support communication across downstream departments
• Flag schedule risks, workflow conflicts, or delivery concerns to the production team
• Identify bottlenecks or communication gaps and escalate as needed to ensure project continuity

Must have

• Experience as a production coordinator on feature films or high-end episodic projects
• Solid knowledge of 3D workflows
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with ShotGrid, Excel, or equivalent planning tools
• Ability to work with multiple departments and adapt to shifting production needs
• Excellent communication, team spirit, and problem-solving attitude
• This is a bilingual studio and project — good English communication skills are required
