Kero Animation is looking for a skilled Lead 2D Animator (remote position) specializing in frame-by-frame animation with a deep understanding of dynamic movement, timing and character performance.

In this role, you'll lead animation production, create expressive character performances, establish animation standards and workflows, and mentor animators on the team. You'll ensure top-quality animation across every project.

We're looking for someone with:

• A strong portfolio showcasing professional frame-by-frame animation and character performance
• Deep understanding of animation principles, timing, and weight
• Leadership experience and ability to guide animation teams
• Experience creating dynamic, character-driven animation with strong storytelling and performance
