K-frame Animation Lead

Responsibilities

  1. Researching current tech, formulating K-frame plan, and improving the core technology competitiveness, according to the future strategic plan of game business departments;
  2. Assisting each studio to improve the technical and professional direction and improve the market's flexible adaptability;
  3. Formulating the annual K-frame animation business target;
  4. Assisting the production director to optimize internal resources, digest internal idleness, and improve internal productivity;
  5. Responsible for integrating art resources, solving quality problems through experience sharing and technical exchanges. Improving the overall production capacity of the K-frame animation team of the business department, and improving production capacity and production efficiency;
  6. Responsible for the cultivation of the studio head;
  7. Coordinate and check the technical requirements and quality control of each project, and supervise the production process;
  8. Organize the internal animation resources and assist the business department to update the DEMO regularly;
  9. Assist in planning the production cycle and manpower requirements of the project, and determine the manpower deployment arrangements for K-frame animation studios;
  10. Lead the team to get in touch with advanced game technology and use it maturely;
