We’re looking for someone to assist production with the day-to-day management of tasks, bugs and teams to ensure smooth development of our projects. The role will require you to work with a wide range of people from across disciplines in our small, multi-project studio to ensure the successful delivery of titles. The role will be fully remote (we are a fully distributed multi-cultural studio).


You will be responsible for managing several projects throughout the development life cycle (development, QA, CERT, distribution,...). You will be required to follow up the project from beginning to end. 


You will be required to monitor tasks, bugs and schedules, and regularly present updates to other team members, prepare different reports using Excel or our internal tools (including game sales reports and data analysis). 


Minimum requirements‍‍

  • Experience with the game development processes, either professionally or as part of a games degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and be able to to produce reports from existing sales data
  • Great and diplomatic speaker and listener across written, verbal and video call communication
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Passion for games in all forms
  • Keen to learn new skills
  • Put the needs of the team & project above your own ambitions
  • Creative and innovative
  • Familiarity with project management and bug tracking software is advantageous
  • Good English oral and written communication skills
  • Good positive attitude and outlook, self-motivated, and a great team-player
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Have a proactive work ethic

Desired requirements

  • Experience with Playstation, Xbox and Switch console backends
  • Worked in administration & production before. 
  • 1+ published titles: Game production can be long and/or complex. However, having at least one published game can show that you are familiar with the full development process and the challenges that are ahead
  • Availability in the EU timezone

Duties‍

  • As an Assistant Producer you will be part of the production and development team, working closely with designers, producers, artists, game programmers and external stakeholders and service providers (localization, audio, playtesting…).
