3D Surface Modeler

Strut Motors is looking for talented 3D modelers (Blender) to help expand our modular electric vehicle family. We’re building playful, modular, and approachable vehicles designed for local trips, and we need support turning design sketches into clean, modular body models.

What you’ll do:

• Create clean surface models in Blender from sketches, design references, and prototype geometry.
• Ensure compatibility with Strut’s standard modules (tires, A-pillar windshield, C-pillar, grille, captain’s chair, bench seat, rolling chassis).
• Support multiple wheelbases (1750 / 2000 / 2250 mm), body styles (golf cart, micro truck, van, pod, etc.), and ride heights (4 levels).
• Deliver preview renders for internal and external use.
• Work iteratively with our Creative Director and Platform Manager to refine models and maintain modular consistency.

Why it matters:

This work feeds directly into expanding Strut’s family of 21 vehicle configurations across 9 body styles, enabling both practical and experimental add-ons.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong Blender surface modeling skills.
• Experience with modular or parametric design.
• Attention to geometry cleanliness and compatibility.
• Ability to collaborate and iterate quickly.
