3D Animator

El Guiri Studios is recruiting 3D Animators for two projects.

Responsibilities

• Creation of 3d animation using Maya for characters
• comprehend and execute direction from Animation Supervisor or Animation Director
• demonstrate a wide range of character animation skills, both body and facial animation with lip sync (in English), including a thorough understanding of animation principles to deliver high quality character animations in the style required for our show
• meet project deadlines/milestones, as set by the production department
• actively participate in team/department meetings
• record video references for use in character animation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years production experience as a 3D animator  (animated films, series, shorts or gaming cutscenes)
• Working knowledge of Maya
• Adaptability to a fast paced animation production
• Problem solver
