    Open random scene or scripts to confirm things are being done correctly - naming convention, scene hierarchy, etc...
    Assist to brief from the Creative when starting a new sequence
    Visual look at publishes before dailies

    Responsible of quality control of IO
    Responsible of briefing and follow up with outsourcing studio

    Work with Production
    Flag any potential problem that might affect schedule
    Read every single email that is received -follow up if needed
    Confirm that notes are being properly taken and sent to the artists

    Hands-on
    Catch anything that might distract the team from the production schedule - fix any problematic shot, any promo material, test new tools.
