WINTERBUREAU IS A CREATIVE STUDIO THAT MERGES CONCEPTUAL THINKING, RESEARCH AND IMMERSIVE EXPERIMENTATION TO CREATE CONTEMPORARY, CULTURALLY RELEVANT DESIGN. INTEGRATING BOTH HANDMADE AND DIGITAL METHODS, WE AIM TO DEVELOP EVOCATIVE VISUAL SOLUTIONS THAT BOTH COMMUNICATE AND INSPIRE.

OUR WORK ENCOMPASSES ART DIRECTION, PACKAGING DESIGN, BRANDING IDENTITY AND DEVELOPMENT, PRINT COLLATERAL, WEB DESIGN AND EXHIBITION DESIGN.

WINTERBUREAU SPECIALIZES IN WORKING WITH CREATIVE INDUSTRIES INCLUDING: MUSIC, FASHION, ART, WINE & SPIRITS, FILM/VIDEO, PHOTOGRAPH

Conceptualized and designed books, ads, posters, websites, promotional pieces and site signage for international fashion trade shows. Worked closely with art director and directly with printers to ensure a cohesive creative direction for each show.

Designed and conceptualized cd packages, ads, posters, logos, web banners and promotional pieces. Prepared projects for prepress, checked color match prints for accuracy. Was responsible for photo retouching and color correcting images. Met with photographers and reviewed portfolios for upcoming projects. Art directed and assisted in coordination of photo shoots. Worked closely with art director and musicians to ensure creative direction, artistic vision and V2 image was aesthetically represented.

Designed front and back of the book sections of the magazine. Prepared pages for prepress and checked color proofs for accuracy. Worked closely with the Advertising/Marketing department to create promotional materials such as sell sheets, online newsletters, email blasts and invites.

Assisted the art department with production for the fall issue, 2001. Researched material for individual stories. Trafficked art work between the design and editorial departments.

Conceptualized, designed and created on-air graphics including: promotional spots, station identifications fundraisers, underwriters, web sites, logos, and film titles. Worked closely with directors and producers achieve creative unity between films and graphics.
