I love to do interaction design work, I have a background of web development, but what I'm really interested in (and studied/am studying for) is interaction design. I want to work with the whole team to create the best experience for the user.

Build something awesome, appealing and just works insanely well. Not some crappy shit that nobody really thought about of believes in.

The projects could be web related, services, products, pretty much anything that someone interacts with.
