I was in charge of a case of 52 people. It was tough to manage at times, but was a great job. I loved working with the other employees, but most importantly with the individuals. The only negative thing was that I could only do so much. Everything had to go through the county and ultimately the state. It made it tough to make a difference.

I left this job because I was offered another job and was looking to be more involved and less of a bystander.
