I have been developing website for about 6 years. I got into this game while setting up my in home computer repair business. After I learned my HTML / CSS and then PHP skills I gave up the repair business and went full time doing web development. While most of my work has been done with Joomla, I have worked with other opensource CMS's as well as static HTML sites. I believe there is not a one size fits all program out there. I will suggest and use the best tool for the job.
