I was responsible for the usability of all UCR Student Affairs web applications-- I led the prototyping and design of critical software projects, and guided and mentored junior UI designers to write high-quality front-end code and design elegant solutions for our users.

I directed an organization of 18 staff providing technology support to the Student Affairs Division’s 800 employees and 20,000 UCR students. We provided services in the areas of consulting, project management, requirement analysis, specification creation, UI design, and application development.
