Internship where I analyzed points of parity and points of difference among real estate management software companies, and developed a foundation for a new system. Including C# programming of software components, writing technical specs and conducting market analysis.

Managed and was responsible for a thematic recruitment day. Arranged seminars, lectures by major Swedish IT companies, lunch buffet and a large feast with an after party with live bands. Contributed to increase my knowledge on leadership, negotiation skills, decision making and understanding of the complexity of the organization and governance in general.
