Freelance web design / development. Working mainly with small businesses and non-profits, I build websites that meet the needs of the client and help display their mission or business in a relevant and reachable way. Mainly designing and developing, but also some branding and marketing graphics work also.

Contract portrait photographer.

I provided Web & IT Solutions for the company and its Licensee's (people who have purchased the business product license), as well as directed and managed the monthly training seminar held offsite at a local Hotel. I also managed a Customer Support team for the Licensee's, focusing on helping Licensee's connect with trainers and online training after the training seminar was completed.

I was the Membership Adminstrator and Database/Technology Administrator all rolled into one position. I managed all the technology, the databases for the Membership, and processed new Memberships. I also maintained a 92% membership renewal the second month of working there, up from 15%. I also managed all of the weekly Webinar and Conferences put on by FIC, this included the registrations, setup/tear down, and creation of the events.
