While studying a MBA I create WikiTrip. Based on my past knowledge and passion for the Internet Startup movement, but also my passion for traveling, I decided to launch WikiTrip.com.
I have learned and applied the Lean Startup methodology. I went form a usual well-written and heavy business plan to a lighter business model using an agile approach of development. I went from outsourcing the development to an in-house prototyping strategy.

With my colleague we re-designed the Concierge department and created a new role within the 5 stars hotel industry: Lobby Manager.
Our goal was to develop a new way to smoothly escort, service and guide the hotel’s guest.
