Biography
I'm a creative and design-oriented IT professional with 10+ years of experience in a variety of roles in the technology field, including Project/Program Manager, Systems Analyst, and Web Designer.
I am currently working as a Systems Advisor (Senior Program Manager) at FedEx Office (formerly known as Kinko's). In this role, I oversee the system transformation efforts for our in-store technology ensuring the systems are successfully integrated and provide a consistent cross channel user experience.
