The Basics

More About Me
I'm a Berklee grad turned web developer (front- and back-end), with a love of jazz, classic R&B, and rock.

As for what I do now, I write semantic HTML(5), CSS(3), PHP, jQuery-based JavaScript, primarily use Statamic as my CMS (but also love ExpressionEngine & WordPress), deploy my sites with Capistrano, version control with Git, and currently work for Hungry Fish Media (http://www.hungryfishmedia.com/).

iPod Genius / Mac Specialist
@Apple Store CambridgeSide
The Mac Specialist position, which I was initially hired to fill, was a sales associate position that required a knowledge of Apple's current & past products to answer sales & basic technical questions.

Eventually I moved on to be an iPod Genius, which was analogous to the Mac Genius position, although utterly unofficial. I would handle most, if not all, Genius Bar customers present for help with their iPod, while simultaneously keeping track of who had arrived for their appointment & who was hoping to be helped as a walk-in.
